Special Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above : All offices of the Land Registry will be closed. They will be opened within two hours after the signal is lowered. They will remain closed if the signal is lowered less than two hours before the normal office closing hour.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal : If the warning is issued before the office opening hour, all offices of the Land Registry will be closed. They will be opened within two hours after the warning is cancelled. If the warning is issued during the normal office hours, all offices will remain opened.

Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal: All offices will open / remain opened as usual.
